At Confidence Marketing we understand that every business operates differently, and it is due to this that we have made various payment methods available, each with their advantages.
100% upfront payment
You pay 100% of the invoiced amount upfront to commence the project. Priority is given to all projects that are paid upfront. This option is ideal for clients who need a project completed urgently and have the funds available. There is a standard upfront payment discount for all projects paid upfront, reducing the amount payable. The discount percentage will vary depending on the total project Rand value, and will be included in your quote. The upfront discount does not apply to accounts to the value of R500 and less.
50% deposit and 50% on final sign-off
You pay 50% of the invoiced amount upfront to commence the project with the balance of 50% due on sign-off. Once the final balance has been paid, then all all source files will be sent to you. In the case of a website, it will be uploaded to your server only once final payment has been made. This payment method is only available for amounts above R500. For accounts to the value of R500 and below upfront payment is required.
The 3-payments option is available to you if you do not have the capital to invest in the 100% or 50%/50% payment options. This option is however only available for projects with a Rand value of R 6000 or more. The total Rand value of the project is divided into three payments, with the first payment due up-front to initiate the project. The final two will be made via monthly payments. A credit agreement will need to be entered into to secure this payment option.
